Juicy, tender chicken simmered in a rich garlic butter sauce — perfect for a quick, flavorful dinner in under 30 minutes.
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and almost cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium-low.
Add butter and let it melt.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute (don’t burn it!).
Pour in chicken broth (and lemon juice, if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Cover and cook for another 5–8 minutes on low heat until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F / 75°C).
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles.
